Alma 26:29

and we have entered into their houses and taught them, and we have taught them in their streets; yea, and we have taught them upon their hills; and we have also entered into their temples and their synagogues and taught them; and we have been cast out, and mocked, and spit upon, and smote upon our cheeks; and we have been stoned, and taken and bound with strong cords, and cast into prison; and through the power and wisdom of God, we have been delivered again;

We have gone into their houses and taught them. We have taught them in their streets. We have taught them on their hills. We have also gone into their temples and their meeting places and taught them. We have been kicked out and laughed at and spit on and hit on our faces. We have been hit with stones and tied up with strong ropes and thrown into prison. But through the power and wisdom of God, we have been set free again.

“We’ve gone into their houses and taught them. We’ve taught them in their streets, on their hills. We’ve even gone into their temples and synagogues to teach them. And we’ve been thrown out, mocked, spit on, and slapped. We’ve been stoned. We’ve been captured, tied up with strong ropes, and thrown into prison. But through God’s power and wisdom, we’ve been set free again.”
