And since man had fallen, he could not merit any thing of himself; but the sufferings and death of Christ atoneth for their sins, through faith and repentance, &c.and so forth; and that he breaketh the bands of death, that the grave shall have no victory, and that the sting of death should be swallowed up in the hopes of glory:; and Aaron did expound all these things unto the king.

Simple English

Since man had fallen, he could not earn anything by himself. But the suffering and death of Christ pays for their sins through faith and changing their hearts. He breaks the chains of death. The grave will not win. The sting of death will be swallowed up in the hope of glory. Aaron explained all these things to the king.

Paraphrase

'Since we’ve all fallen, we can’t earn anything by ourselves. But Christ’s suffering and death pay for our sins through faith and repentance. He breaks death’s chains so the grave loses its power, and death’s sting is swallowed up in the hope of glory.' Aaron laid it all out for the king.
