therefore, whosoever repenteth, and hardeneth not his heart, he shall have claim on mercy through mine only begotten Son, unto a remission of their sins; and these shall enter into my rest.

Changes

Simple English

So whoever turns away from wrong and doesn’t close their heart can receive mercy through my only Son. Their sins will be forgiven. These people will enter my rest.

Paraphrase

“’So whoever repents and doesn’t harden their heart can claim mercy through my only Son and have their sins forgiven. These people will enter my rest.’
