then is the time when their torments shall be as a lake of fire and brimstone, whose flames ascendeth up forever and ever; and then is the time that they shall be chained down to an everlasting destruction, according to the power and captivity of Satan; he having subjected them according to his will.

Then their pain will be like a lake of fire that never goes out. Then they will be chained down forever to be destroyed. Satan will control them. He has made them do what he wants.

Paraphrase

That’s when their torment becomes like a lake of fire and burning sulfur, with flames rising forever. That’s when they’re chained down to everlasting destruction by Satan’s power, because he’s made them his subjects.“
