Alma 10:25

But Amulek stretched forth his hand, and cried the mightier unto them, saying: O ye wicked and perverse generation; why hath Satan got such great hold upon your hearts? Why will ye yield yourselves unto him, that he may have power over you, to blind your eyes, that ye will not understand the words which are spoken, according to their truth?

But Amulek reached out his hand. He cried even louder to them: “You wicked and evil people! Why does Satan have such great control over your hearts? Why do you give yourselves to him? He has power over you. He blinds your eyes so you can’t understand the true meaning of what is said to you.”

But Amulek raised his hand and shouted back even louder: “You wicked, twisted generation! Why does Satan have such a grip on your hearts? Why do you give yourselves over to him? He’s got power over you now—he’s blinded you so you can’t understand the truth when you hear it.
