4 Nephi 1:7

and the Lord did prosper them exceedingly, in the land; yea, insomuch that they did fill cities again where there had been cities burned;

The Lord helped them do very well in the land. They rebuilt cities where cities had been burned.

The Lord blessed them richly. They thrived in the land, rebuilding cities where destruction had left only ashes.
