yea, and the city Onihah, and the inhabitants thereof, and the city of Mocum, and the inhabitants thereof, and the city of Jerusalem, and the inhabitants thereof, and waters have I caused to come up in the stead thereof, to hide their wickedness and abominations from before my face, that the blood of the prophets and the saints shall not come up any more unto me against them.

Simple English

“I did the same to the city Onihah and its people. I did it to the city of Mocum and its people. I did it to the city of Jerusalem and its people. I made water cover the places where they were. This hid their sins and bad things from me. The blood of the prophets and good people will not cry out to me against them anymore.”

Paraphrase

“And the cities of Onihah, Mocum, and Jerusalem—I brought water up over them all, to hide their evil and corruption from my sight, so that the blood of the prophets and the faithful would no longer cry out to me against them.”
