3 Nephi 28:14

And it was forbidden them that they should utter; neither was it given unto them power that they could utter the things which they saw and heard;

They were told not to talk about it. They were not given power to tell about the things they saw and heard.

They were forbidden to speak about it. They weren’t given power to describe what they saw and heard.
