3 Nephi 2:10

And it came to pass that the people did still remain in wickedness, notwithstanding the much preaching and prophesying which was sent among them; and thus passed away the tenth year also; and the eleventh year also passed away in iniquity.

The people stayed in their evil ways. This happened even though much preaching and teaching was sent to them. The 10th year passed. The 11th year also passed in sin.

Despite all the preaching and prophecy sent among them, the people remained wicked. The tenth year passed in corruption. The eleventh year did the same.
