But wo unto him that hath the law given; yea, that hath all the commandments of God, like unto us, and that transgresseth them, and that wasteth the days of his probation: for awful is his state!

Simple English

But trouble comes to the person who has been given the law. Who has all God’s commands like we have. If that person breaks them and wastes their time on earth, their situation is terrible!

Paraphrase

But terrible things are coming for those who have the law—who have all God’s commandments, like we do—and break them, wasting their time of testing. Their situation is awful.
