And blessed are the Gentiles, they of whom the prophet hath written: for behold, if it so be that they shall repent and fight not against Zion, and do not unite themselves to that great and abominable church, they shall be saved: for the Lord God will fulfil his covenants which he hath made unto his children; and for this cause, the prophet hath written these things.

Simple English

God blesses the non-Jewish people who the prophet wrote about. If they turn away from doing bad things and don’t fight against Zion and don’t join that great evil church, they will be saved. The Lord God will keep his promises that he made to his children. That’s why the prophet wrote these things.

Paraphrase

And the Gentiles—those the prophet wrote about—will be blessed if they repent and don’t fight against Zion. If they don’t join that great and corrupt church, they’ll be saved. The Lord God will keep the promises he made to his children. That’s why the prophet wrote these things.
