Behold, hearken ye unto my precept: if they shall say there is a miracle wrought, by the hand of the Lord, believe it not; for this day he is not a God of miracles: he hath done his work.

Listen to what we teach. If they say the Lord did a miracle, do not believe it. Today he is not a God who does miracles. He has done his work.

Paraphrase

Listen to my warning: if anyone says the Lord has done a miracle, don’t believe it. God doesn’t work miracles anymore. He’s done with all that.
