Behold, doth he cry unto any, saying, Depart from me? Behold, I say unto you, nay; but he saith, Come unto me all ye ends of the earth, buy milk and honey, without money, and without price.

Simple English

Does he cry out to anyone, saying: Go away from me? I say to you, no. But he says: Come to me all you ends of the earth. Buy milk and honey without money and without cost.

Paraphrase

Does he cry out to anyone, “Get away from me”? No! He says, “Come to me, all you from every corner of the earth. Buy milk and honey without money and without price.”
