2 Nephi 26:24

He doeth not any thing, save it be for the benefit of the world; for he loveth the world, even that he layeth down his own life, that he may draw all men unto him. Wherefore, he commandeth none that they shall not partake of his salvation.

He does not do anything except to help the world. He loves the world so much that he gives his own life to bring all people to him. So he does not tell anyone they cannot share in his salvation.

He does nothing except for the good of the world. He loves the world so much that he gave his own life to draw all people to him. So he commands no one to stay away from his salvation.
