And now this I speak because of the spirit which is in me. And notwithstanding that they have been carried away, they shall return again, and possess the land of Jerusalem; wherefore they shall be restored again to the lands of their inheritance.

Simple English

I speak this because of the Spirit that is in me. Even though they were taken away, they will come back again. They will live in the land of Jerusalem. So they will be brought back to their own land.

Paraphrase

I say this because of the Spirit in me: Even though they’ve been taken captive, they’ll return and reclaim Jerusalem. They’ll be restored to their homeland.
