But they will attack the Philistines to the west. Together they will take things from the people in the east. They will take over Edom and Moab. The people of Ammon will obey them.

Paraphrase

Together they’ll swoop down on the Philistine slopes to the west and plunder the people to the east. They’ll conquer Edom and Moab, and the Ammonites will submit to them.
