And because of the intercession for all, all men cometh unto God; wherefore, they stand in the presence of Him, to be judged of Him, according to the truth and holiness which is in Him. Wherefore, the ends of the law which the Holy One hath given, unto the inflicting of the punishment which is affixed, which punishment that is affixed is in opposition to that of the happiness which is affixed, to answer the ends of the atonement;

Simple English

Because he asks God to help everyone, all people come to God. They will stand before him to be judged by him. He will judge them by the truth and goodness in him. So the law that the Holy One gave has punishment. The punishment goes against happiness. This is how the payment for sin works.

Paraphrase

Because he pleads for everyone, all people will come before God and stand in his presence to be judged by him according to the truth and holiness that is in him. The law given by the Holy One brings punishment to balance out the happiness that comes through the atonement.
