For behold, the Lord God hath led away from time to time from the House of Israel, according to his will and pleasure. And now, behold, the Lord remembereth all they which have been broken off; wherefore, he remembereth us also.

Simple English

The Lord God has led groups away from the House of Israel at different times. He did this as he wanted. The Lord remembers all those who have been separated. So he remembers us too.
