For thus spake the Prophet: The Lord God surely shall visit all the House of Israel at that day: some with his voice, because of their righteousness, unto their great joy and salvation; and others, with the thunderings and the lightnings of his power, by tempest, by fire, and by smoke, and vapour of darkness, and by the opening of the earth, and by mountains which shall be carried up;

For thus spake the Pprophet: The Lord God surely shall visit all the Hhouse of Israel at that day:, some with his voice, because of their righteousness, unto their great joy and salvation;, and others, with the thunderings and the lightnings of his power, by tempest, by fire, and by smoke, and vapour of darkness, and by the opening of the earth, and by mountains which shall be carried up;.

Simple English

The prophet said: The Lord God will visit all the people of Israel that day. Some he will speak to with his voice because they are righteous. This will bring them great joy and salvation. Others he will visit with thunder, lightning, storms, fire, smoke, dark clouds, earthquakes, and moving mountains.

Paraphrase

The prophet said: “On that day, the Lord God will surely visit all of Israel’s house. Some will hear his voice and be saved with great joy because of their righteousness. Others will face his power through thunder and lightning, storms, fire, smoke, darkness, earthquakes, and mountains lifted into the air.”
