And I saith, Lord, whither shall I go, that I may find ore to molten, that I may make tools to construct the ship, after the manner which thou hast shewn unto me?

I said: “Lord, where should I go to find metal ore? I need to melt it to make tools to build the ship the way you showed me.”

Paraphrase

I asked, “Lord, where can I find ore to make tools for building the ship you’ve shown me?”
