Mosiah 7:2

And it came to pass that king Mosiah granted that sixteen of their strong men might go up to the land of Lehi-Nephi, to inquire concerning their brethren.

King Mosiah said that sixteen strong men could go to the land of Lehi-Nephi to find out about their brothers.

Finally, King Mosiah agreed to send sixteen strong men up to Lehi-Nephi to find out what had happened to their relatives.
