Mosiah 7:17

And now, it came to pass on the morrow, that king Limhi sent a proclamation among all his people, that thereby they might gather themselves together to the temple, to hear the words which he should speak unto them.

The next day, King Limhi sent a message to all his people. He told them to come together at the temple to hear the words he would speak to them.

The next day, King Limhi sent out a proclamation calling all his people to gather at the temple to hear what he had to say.
