And now, if God, who hath created you, on whom you are dependant for your lives, and for all that ye have and are, doth grant unto you whatsoever ye ask that is right, in faith, believing that ye shall receive, O then, how had ye ought to impart of the substance that ye have, one to another?

Changes

Simple English

“So if God, who made you and who you depend on for your life and everything you have, gives you whatever you ask for (when it’s right and you believe you will get it), then how much should you share what you have with others?”

Paraphrase

So if God—who made you, who you depend on for your very life and everything you have—gives you whatever you ask for in faith, shouldn’t you share what you have with each other?
