and also, ye yourselves will succor those that stand in need of your succor; ye will adminster of your substance unto him that standeth in need; and ye will not suffer that the beggar putteth up his petition to you in vain, and turn him out to perish.

Simple English

“Also, you yourselves will help those who need your help. You will give your things to people who need them. You will not let a poor person ask you for help and then send them away to die.”

Paraphrase

And you yourselves will help those in need. You’ll share what you have with anyone who’s struggling. Don’t turn away a beggar and leave him to suffer.
