Mosiah 29:30

And I command you to do these things in the fear of the Lord; and I command you to do these things, and that ye have no king: that if these people commit sins and iniquities, they shall be answered upon their own heads.

I command you to do these things with respect for the Lord. I command you to do these things and have no king. If these people sin, they will answer for their own sins.

I'm commanding you to do these things with respect for God. I'm commanding you to have no king. If people sin, let them be held accountable themselves.
