Mosiah 27:2

And it came to pass that king Mosiah sent a proclamation throughout the land round about, that there should not any unbeliever persecute any of those which belonged to the church of God;

King Mosiah sent a message throughout the land. It said that no one who didn’t believe should hurt anyone who belonged to God’s church.

King Mosiah sent out a proclamation throughout the land: nonbelievers were not to persecute anyone who belonged to the church of God.
