Mosiah 24:5

And they were a people friendly one with another; nevertheless they knew not God; neither did the brethren of Amulon teach them any thing concerning the Lord their God, neither the law of Moses; nor did they teach them the words of Abinadi;

The Lamanites were friendly with each other. But they didn’t know God. Amulon’s friends didn’t teach them about the Lord their God. They didn’t teach Moses’ law. They didn’t teach them Abinadi’s words.

They became friendly toward one another. But they didn’t know God. Amulon and his brothers never taught them about the Lord their God, or the law of Moses, or the words Abinadi had spoken.
