Mosiah 2:6

and they pitched their tents round about the temple, every man having his tent with the door thereof towards the temple, that thereby they might remain in their tents, and hear the words which king Benjamin should speak unto them;

They set up their tents around the temple. Each person put their tent door facing toward the temple. That way they could stay in their tents and still hear the words that King Benjamin would speak to them.

They positioned their tents so the doors faced the temple. That way they could stay in their tents and still hear what King Benjamin said.
