And behold, all that he requires of you, is to keep his commandments; and he hath promised you that if ye would keep his commandments, ye should prosper in the land; and he never doth vary from that which he hath said; therefore, if ye do keep his commandments, he doth bless you, and prosper you.

Simple English

“All he asks of you is to obey his commandments. He has promised you that if you obey his commandments, you will do well in the land. He never changes what he has said. So if you do obey his commandments, he blesses you and helps you do well.”

Paraphrase

“And all he asks of you is to keep his commandments. He’s promised that if you do, you’ll thrive in this land. He never breaks his word. So if you keep his commandments, he blesses you and helps you prosper.”
