And now king Limhi did have continual peace in his kingdom, for the the space of two years, that the Lamanites did not molest them nor seek to destroy them.

King Limhi had peace in his kingdom for two years. The Lamanites did not bother them or try to destroy them.

For two years, King Limhi and his people lived in peace. The Lamanites left them alone and didn’t try to destroy them.
