Mosiah 18:8

And it came to pass that he said unto them, Behold, here is the waters of Mormon; for thus were they called. And now, as ye are desirous to come into the fold of God, and to be called his people, and are willing to bear one another’s burdens, that they may be light;

Then he said to them: “Look, here is the water of Mormon. That’s what it’s called. You want to join God’s group and be called his people. You are willing to help carry each other’s burdens to make them lighter.”

Then he said to them: “Here are the waters of Mormon—that’s what this place is called. Now, if you want to join God’s people and be called his own, if you’re willing to carry each other’s burdens and make them lighter,
