Simple English

“Then the bad people will be thrown out. They will cry and weep and grind their teeth. This happens because they did not listen to the Lord. So the Lord does not save them.”

Paraphrase

“Then the wicked will be thrown out. They’ll have every reason to howl, weep, cry out, and grind their teeth. Why? Because they refused to listen to the Lord’s voice. So the Lord won’t rescue them.”
