Mosiah 15:9

having ascended into heaven; having the bowels of mercy; being filled with compassion toward the children of men; standing betwixt them and justice; having broken the bands of death, taken upon himself their iniquity and their transgressions; having redeemed them, and satisfied the demands of justice.

He went up to heaven. He is full of mercy and love for people. He stands between them and justice. He broke the power of death. He took their sins and wrongs on himself. He saved them and satisfied justice.

after rising to heaven. His heart overflows with mercy. He’s full of compassion for us. He stands between us and justice itself. He’s broken death’s chains, taken our guilt and rebellion onto himself, freed us, and satisfied every demand justice could make.
