And now Abinadi saith unto them, I would that ye should understand that God himself shall come down among the children of men, and shall redeem his people;

Simple English

Abinadi said to them: I want you to understand that God himself will come down to earth. He will save his people.

Abinadi continued: “I want you to understand this—God himself will come down and live among us. He will save his people.
