Mosiah 13:28

And moreover, I say unto you, that salvation doth not come by the law alone; and were it not for the atonement which God himself shall make for the sins and iniquities of his people, that they must unavoidably perish, notwithstanding the law of Moses.

“I also tell you that being saved doesn’t come just from the law. If God himself didn’t pay for the sins of his people, they would all die, even with Moses’ law.”

“And more than that, I tell you: salvation does not come by the law alone. If it weren’t for the atonement that God himself will make for the sins and wickedness of his people, they would all perish—despite the law of Moses.”
