And now when the king had heard these words, he said unto his priests, Away with this fellow, and slay him: for what have we to do with him, for he is mad.

Simple English

When the king heard these words, he said to his priests: “Take this man away and kill him! Why should we listen to him? He is crazy.”

Paraphrase

When the king heard all this, he turned to his priests and said, “Get rid of this lunatic. Kill him. Why are we even listening to him? He’s out of his mind.”
