But now Abinadi saith unto them, I know if ye keep the commandments of God, ye shall be saved; yea, if ye keep the commandments which the Lord delivered unto Moses in the mount of Sinai, saying:

Simple English

But Abinadi said to them: “I know that if you keep God’s commandments, you will be saved. If you keep the commandments the Lord gave to Moses on Mount Sinai:

Paraphrase

Abinadi said: “I know this: if you keep God’s commandments, you’ll be saved. If you keep the commandments the Lord gave Moses on Mount Sinai—like these:”
