Mosiah 11:2

For behold, he did not keep the commandments of God, but he did walk after the desires of his own heart. And he had many wives and concubines. And he did cause his people to commit sin, and do that which was abominable in the sight of the Lord. Yea, and they did commit whoredoms, and all manner of wickedness.

He did not obey God’s commands. He did what he wanted to do instead. He had many wives. He made his people sin and do wrong things that God hated.

He ignored God’s commandments and did whatever he wanted. He married many wives and kept concubines. He led his people into sin—disgusting things in God’s eyes. They slept around and gave themselves over to every kind of evil.
