Mosiah 10:2

And I set guards round about the land, that the Lamanites might not come upon us again unawares, and destroy us; and thus I did guard my people, and my flocks, and keep them from falling into the hands of our enemies.

I put guards all around our land. This way the Lamanites could not sneak up on us and kill us. I protected my people and our animals from our enemies.

I posted guards all around our territory so the Lamanites couldn’t catch us by surprise and wipe us out. That’s how I protected my people and our livestock from falling into enemy hands.
