Simple English

These writings will go to the Jews who don’t believe. This is why they will go to them. They might be convinced that Jesus is the Christ. He is the Son of the living God. Then the Father can complete his great plan through his most loved Son. He will bring the Jews back to their land. He will bring all the house of Israel back to the land God gave them. This will complete his promise.

Paraphrase

They’ll go to the Jews who don’t yet believe. That’s the whole point—to persuade them that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God. Through his beloved Son, the Father will fulfill his great and eternal purpose: bringing the Jews—all the house of Israel—back to the land he promised them, keeping his covenant.
