Mormon 4:5

But behold, the judgements of God will overtake the wicked; and it is by the wicked, that the wicked are punished: for it is the wicked that stirreth up the hearts of the children of men unto bloodshed.

But God will judge the wicked. The wicked are punished by the wicked. It is the wicked who stir up people’s hearts to kill.

But God’s judgment catches up with the wicked. The wicked are punished by the wicked—because it’s the wicked who stir people up to violence and bloodshed.
