Jarom 1:4

And there are many among us which have many revelations: for they are not all stiffnecked. And as many as are not stiffnecked, and have faith, have communion with the Holy Spirit, which maketh manifest unto the children of men, according to their faith.

Many among us receive revelations because not all of them are stubborn. Those who are not stubborn and have faith can talk with the Holy Spirit. The Spirit shows people things based on how much faith they have.

Some of us do receive revelations, though—not everyone is stubborn. Those who aren’t stubborn and who have faith connect with the Holy Spirit, who reveals truth to people according to their faith.
