Jacob 2:31

For behold, I, the Lord, have seen the sorrow, and heard the mourning of the daughters of my people, in the land of Jerusalem; yea, and in all the lands of my people, because of the wickedness and abominations of their husbands.

“I, the Lord, have seen the sadness and crying of my daughters. In Jerusalem and all my people’s lands. Because of their husbands’ evil acts.”

“I, the Lord, have seen the grief and heard the crying of the women among my people—in Jerusalem and everywhere else—because of their husbands’ wickedness and disgusting behavior.”
