Jacob 2:11

Wherefore, I must tell you the truth, according to the plainness of the word of God. For behold, as I inquired of the Lord, thus came the word unto me, saying, Jacob, get thou up into the temple on the morrow, and declare the word which I shall give thee, unto this people.

So I must tell you the truth in plain words. When I asked the Lord, he said to me: “Jacob, go to the temple tomorrow. Tell the people what I will give you.”

So I’m going to tell you the truth plainly, the way God wants it said. When I asked the Lord what to do, he told me: “Jacob, go to the temple tomorrow and speak the message I give you to the people.”
