Helaman 6:7

And behold, there was peace in all the land, insomuch that the Nephites did go into whatsoever part of the land they would, whether among the Nephites or the Lamanites.

There was peace in all the land. The Nephites could go anywhere they wanted, whether to Nephite or Lamanite lands.

Peace settled across the entire land. Nephites could travel anywhere they wanted, whether to Nephite or Lamanite territories.
