1830 Edition

and whosoever of those which belonged to their band, should reveal unto the world of their wickedness and their abominations, should be tried, not according to the laws of their country, but according to the laws of their wickedness, which had been given by Gadianton and Kishkumen.

Changes

aAnd whosoever of those whicho belonged to their band, should reveal unto the world of their wickedness and their abominations, should be tried, not according to the laws of their country, but according to the laws of their wickedness, which had been given by Gadianton and Kishkumen.

Simple English

If anyone in their group told others about their evil deeds, they would be punished. But not by their country’s laws. They would be punished by their evil group’s laws that Gadianton and Kishkumen had made.

Paraphrase

If any gang member exposed their wickedness to the world, they’d be judged—not by their country’s laws, but by the gang’s own brutal code that Gadianton and Kishkumen had established.
