Helaman 6:12

They did raise grain in abundance, both in the north and in the south; and they did flourish exceedingly, both in the north and in the south. And they did multiply and wax exceeding strong in the land. And they did raise many flocks and herds, yea, many fatlings.

They grew lots of grain in both the north and south. They did very well in both the north and south. They had many children and became very strong in the land. They raised many flocks and herds of fat animals.

They grew abundant crops in both north and south. They thrived in every way. Their numbers grew strong across the land. They raised large flocks and herds, with plenty of well-fed animals.
