Helaman 3:8

And it came to pass that they did multiply and spread, and did go forth from the land southward, to the land northward, and did spread insomuch that they began to cover the face of the whole earth, from the sea south, to the sea north, from the sea west, to the sea east.

They had many children and spread out. They went from the south land to the north land. They spread so much that they began to cover the whole earth. They went from the south sea to the north sea. They went from the west sea to the east sea.

They multiplied and expanded, moving from the southern lands to the northern territories, spreading until they covered the entire face of the earth—from the southern sea to the northern sea, from the western sea to the eastern sea.
