And it came to pass that he met Kishkumen, and he gave unto him a sign; therefore Kishkumen made known unto him the object of his desire, desiring that he would conduct him to the judgement seat, that he might murder Helaman:

Simple English

He met Kishkumen and gave him a secret sign. So Kishkumen told him what he wanted to do. He wanted the servant to take him to the judgment seat so he could murder Helaman.

The servant met Kishkumen and gave him their secret sign. Kishkumen, thinking he was one of them, told him exactly what he wanted to do. He asked the servant to lead him to the judgment hall so he could murder Helaman.
