Helaman 15:16

therefore, saith the Lord, I will not utterly destroy them, but I will cause that in the day of my wisdom, they shall return again unto me, saith the Lord.

So the Lord says: I will not completely destroy them. When the time is right, they will return to me, says the Lord.

The Lord says: 'I won’t completely destroy them. When the time is right, I’ll bring them back to me.'
